These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WPoster, a social media management and publishing tool operated by WPoster ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use WPoster.
You must be at least 18 years old to use WPoster. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using WPoster on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or grant unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@wposter.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
WPoster allows you to connect social media accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business Accounts, Threads, Bluesky, Telegram) for the purpose of publishing content and viewing analytics.
By connecting a social account, you authorize WPoster to act on your behalf on that platform — including publishing posts you schedule and reading analytics data from your own content. You must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform.
WPoster may lose access to a connected platform account if an access token expires, if platform permissions change, or if a platform's API access policy changes. This is outside WPoster's control.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, draft, or schedule through WPoster. By using WPoster, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content to the platforms you have connected, solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the platforms where it is published.
You are fully responsible for all content published through WPoster, including posts published automatically from your scheduled queue. Review your scheduled content before publication times.
WPoster is not responsible for the content you publish, for how platforms treat that content, or for any consequences arising from published content — including content moderation actions by platforms.
Analytics data displayed in WPoster (engagement metrics, follower counts, post performance) is sourced directly from the connected social platforms and is subject to the accuracy limitations of those platforms' APIs.
Social networks may limit, delay, or remove access to analytics data at any time. WPoster is not responsible for incomplete or unavailable analytics resulting from platform API restrictions.
WPoster's functionality depends on access to third-party social platform APIs. These APIs are subject to change, deprecation, or restriction by their respective platforms at any time without notice.
WPoster does not guarantee that any specific platform integration will remain available. If a platform changes its API policy, WPoster's integration with that platform may be limited, degraded, or discontinued.
You may not use WPoster to:
WPoster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these Terms, or to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WPoster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
WPoster's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WPoster in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of WPoster after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
